By booking an appointment for facial aesthetic treatments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you consent to the treatment being provided and understand the potential risks and benefits associated with it.
2. General Terms
- All treatments are provided by a qualified professional.
- Treatment options and prices are subject to change at the discretion of the clinic.
- You must be 18 years or older to undergo any facial aesthetics treatments.
- If you have a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, you must inform us prior to treatment.
3. Consultation
- A consultation is required before any treatment. During the consultation, you will receive professional advice on whether the proposed treatment is suitable for you.
- The consultation fee is currently free of charge
4. Treatment Expectations
- Results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- We will provide aftercare advice specific to your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice to ensure optimal results.
- The clinic is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from non-compliance with aftercare instructions.
- Leftover injectables in an opened syringe (e.g. dermal filler, skin boosters) cannot be retained and refunds will not be issued for remaining products. During the appointment, the amount that is deemed clinically necessary will be used and it is not safe to keep any remaining product.
5. Booking, Payment, Cancellation
- Full payment for treatment is due on the day of your appointment.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 30% of the treatment cost.
- Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency circumstances (e.g., medical issues, accidents, etc.). Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss these situations.
6. Medical History
- You must provide a full and accurate medical history before any treatment.
- Certain medical conditions or medications may disqualify you from receiving specific treatments.
- All information provided is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of assessing suitability for treatment.
7. Liability
- The practitioner is not responsible for any results from treatments elsewhere outside the agreed treatment at the clinic.
- While every effort will be made to ensure a successful outcome, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with results.
- In the event of complications or reactions, you must contact us immediately.
8. Confidentiality
- All personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
9. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional offers or discounts, if available, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Offers are subject to change and availability.
10. Aftercare
- After your treatment, it is your responsibility to follow any aftercare advice given by the practitioner.
- If you experience any adverse reactions or concerns, please contact us promptly.
11. Complaints
- We strive to provide the highest standard of service. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please raise your concern with us promptly.
- Complaints should be made within 7 days of the incident to allow us to address the issue effectively.
- You can make a complaint by contacting us via written message e.g. email.
- We will acknowledge, investigate and aim to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Dr Laura reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
